Return Policy

Arvequo™ applies a documented return evaluation process designed to maintain product condition integrity.

Return Request Period
Return inquiries must be initiated within fourteen (14) calendar days following confirmed delivery.

Eligibility Standards
Returned items must:
• Remain unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all components and hardware
• Show no signs of assembly or surface wear

Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return consideration:
• Final clearance merchandise
• Custom or made-to-order furniture
• Products that have been assembled
• Items returned without prior written authorization

Authorization Requirement
Customers must contact service@arvequo.com before sending any item back. Written approval and instructions will be provided if the request qualifies.

Inspection and Refund
Returned items are reviewed within approximately five business days after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from a confirmed fulfillment error.

Damage Reporting
Visible shipping damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and supported with photographic documentation.
